We are excited to announce the recruitment of our Sales Office Manager Julie Green. She has now officially started full time in this role. She is now solely responsible of ensuring RFQ response times are hit, all information requested from our customers is available & all quotations are met in a timely manner ensuring the highest level of communication is given throughout our business.
Julie will also be responsible for procurement and NPI process adherence.
We are very lucky that Julie already knows our full customer base. She has had a very successful career at our sister company (Cooke Brothers) for 18 years & is fully motivated to ensure our customer service/communication is improved.
