We’re delighted to welcome Charlie and Hayden to the Phoenix team as our newest Toolmaker Apprentices.
Fresh out of school, both young men achieved exceptional exam results, which we’re incredibly proud of. Their hard work, dedication, and academic achievements have already shown us the tremendous potential they possess, and we’re excited to see what they can achieve in their careers with Phoenix.
Charlie and Hayden have begun their Level 3 Toolmaking Apprenticeship through our training partner, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, where they will develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and experience required to become the next generation of highly skilled toolmakers.
With the engineering sector in the UK facing an ever-decreasing pool of skills and experienced knowledge, investing in young talent has never been more important. At Phoenix, we are passionate about developing apprentices and helping to preserve and strengthen the specialist skills that are so vital to our industry. By supporting Charlie and Hayden on their journey, we hope not only to build a strong future for our business, but also to give something back to UK engineering by helping to develop the skilled workforce of tomorrow.
