Phoenix utilises Vero Visi advanced progress software to support strip layout creation and advanced spring back compensation. Simulation is used to ensure each stage within the layout is efficient and required for component acceptance. Fully 3D modelled GA drawings are created and presented to the client so that PT&D can present the full progression design to the customer.
PT&D utilises its multi-functional manufacturing equipment to efficiently produce the top-line elements ready to be passed to the Assembly division.
The tool build is carried out and completed ready for tool trials.
PT&D recent significant investment of a complete brand new 500ton Press-line is used to fully commission all progression tooling to the customer’s requirements. Full coil handling is available so that coil material can be run on the equipment to simulate full customer run at rate production.
